Randy Orton is expected to cash in his Money In The Bank contract soon.
Word is Orton will cash in his contract for a guaranteed WWE Championship shot at SummerSlam. The current plan is for Daniel Bryan to defeat John Cena for the title at the August pay-per-view. Orton would then cash in his contract on the new champion as part of his long-awaited heel turn.
The neck injury Orton sustained during the July 16 WWE Smackdown taping is said to be part of a storyline that'll keep him off WWE TV for a few weeks. This way, Orton cashing in his contract at SummerSlam will be more of a surprise. Another indication Orton will cash in at SummerSlam is there's no Bryan vs. Cena rematch currently scheduled for the Night Of Champions pay-per-view in September.
