Word is WWE might put the championship on RVD at NOC in Detroit, Michigan's Joe Louis Arena because he's expected to get a huge pop there. That's why it might specifically happen at the September 15 pay-per-view. But RVD might become champion for a weeks just to lost it to Damien Sandow, who would cash in his Money In The Bank contract on him.
On a side note, RVD has been paired with Ricardo Rodriguez because Rey Mysterio wasn't ready to come back at SummerSlam. The decision to put them together was said to be “super last minute."
