Jason Powell mentioned during a PWTorch.com June 18 livecast that Triple H was telling different people in the company that RVD called him because he wanted to come back to WWE. According to Powell, Triple H said he asked RVD, "What would be the difference? You didn't get over last time. What would be the difference this time?"
It's worth noting a rumor that surfaced online on the same date as the livecast indicates WWE contacted RVD about returning to the company, not the other way around.
